I would like to change or cancel my order?

In the unlikely event that you would like to either cancel or change your order please email us as soon as possible to ensure we do not dispatch your order. A change or cancellation of an order must be confirmed by email.

If your order has already been dispatched or you have received your item then please see exchanging an item or returning for a refund below.

 

I would like to return my order for a refund?

Within 7 working days of receiving your order you may return your item for a refund. A refund can only be credited onto the credit or debit card that was used to make the original purchase.

Please ensure the item to be returned is unsoiled and with the original packaging.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on custom-made, personalised or special order items. Please note special orders and personalised orders cannot be cancelled once the order has been completed.

 

You can exchange an item?

Your order you can exchange an item for another.

Unfortunately we cannot exchange custom-made, personalised or special order items unless they are faulty. Please note special orders and personalised orders cannot be exchanged once the order has been completed.

Please ensure the item to be returned is unsoiled and with the original packaging.

If the item you received is faulty or damaged please return this item as soon as possible following our returns procedure.

 

Can I return or exchange my order in the retail shops?

Yes, simply take your order or item into our retail shop accompanied with your original invoice/receipt and staff will be happy to help. Shop locations can be found on our contact us page of the website.

 

I would like to return my item/order?

Returning an item is simple, within 7 working days of receiving your order we will be happy to refund or exchange an item.

Please package up the item appropriately and send to our returns address.Please state clearly if you wish for a refund or an exchange. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for the item whist it’s on its way back to us. We would always recommend obtaining proof of postage.

In the event of returning an item for a refund or an exchange you are responsible for the cost of postage unless the item is faulty.

We will not accept any soiled goods to be returned, please ensure that when you try rugs on your horse you use an under rug/sheet underneath incase the rug needs to be returned.

We will not accept any food item that has been opened or damaged

Romsley Country Store cannot collect items.

PLEASE REMEMBER YOU WILL ONLY RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THE COST OF THE ITEMS! NOT THE POSTAGE.
